After your payment is done and receive your order conrfimation email, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email us at service@zonlistore.com. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within few hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Zonli offers a 30-day return and exchange service. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier), not from the day the package is opened.

Restocking & Processing Fee:
To maintain fast and affordable delivery, as well as to recycle or restock returned products, a small restocking and processing fee will apply:

• 10% of the product price if returned in the original packaging (unboxed).
• 20% of the product price if the original packaging is missing.
